Bandana Dress With Capri Leggings

This was so fun and EASY! My neice's birthday was at the end of March and I finally finished her birthday present. It took me a maximum of a 1/2 hour. I hope she likes it. She loves pink... so maybe that will help. I think it's adorable and I bought some black capri leggings to go along with it. I can't remember where I got the idea, but I just whipped it up, no real need for directions, just make a loop for the ribbon on each bandana and then sew the two together and boo-ya, a super cute dress.
